Description
This project has recently been approved by the planning authority – the images show the proposal in context with the existing streetscape .Our challenge was to design a small town centre hotel on what is a restricted site ensuring the adjoining residential amenities of local residents were not adversely affected by the design.
Integrating the building into the existing streetscape while still achieving 5 storeys proved a challenge but we successfully managed to do so and meet the clients requirements. We hope when complete the building will become a strong landmark at this important junction within the town.
