Description
The redevelopment of this restricted infill site in the centre of Ballybofey presented many challenges not least of all how to achieve maximum floor area over four storeys when planning precedent suggested otherwise. By stepping the building back on the site and projecting the first floor, both client and planning authority were happy with the solution, whilst also creating a strong landmark presence within the streetscape.
In all the development consisted of the retail unit, offices at ground floor level, 2 no. first floor offices and 5 no. offices at second and third floors.
