Description
A new build 4,991m2 mixed use building incorporating 5 no. ground floor retail units, 8 no. first floor offices, 20 no. apartments and basement car parking. The site was restricted on all sides and ground conditions required the use of contiguous piles to a depth of up to 7m. The project established full use of the site and maximised floor area potential by building to 5 storeys in height. The retail and office units were designed to be feasible ‘shell & core’ for future sub-division and fit-out to each tenants needs.
