Building Energy Rating Assessments (BER)

Feasibility Studies / Site Appraisals

We have gained valuable experience working with local authority planning departments and can rely on these contacts to inform and advise regarding pre-planning feasibility studies for various development sites.

Project Supervisor for Design Process

Under Health and Safety and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2006, most clients must appoint a Project Supervisor for Design Process who is trained in the specialist area of Health and Safety.
