Founded by John Masterson in 1991 mh associates have been providing architectural services to our clients in Letterkenny since 1991, and more recently from our office in Derry.
We have built up a wealth of experience of all types of construction projects some of which are presented on our PROJECTS page. From private housing to conservation work, social housing to energy efficient design we are confident we have the experience to match your needs.

Our Processes
In case you’re not yet sure what we can do for you here is an outline of the steps we follow in delivering a project from start to finish.

Getting the brief right
We will spend time with you to understand what you need and advise how best to deliver your needs. we will agree on a project brief and refer to this as the project progresses to make sure things stay on track.

Getting the bones right
We will work up sketch proposals until you are clear about were we are going

Getting the planning right
We will develop the sketches to planning stage and use all our experience to make sure your project has the best chance of approval.

Getting the detail right
From planning approval we will develop the project to provide all the information needed to build it.

Getting the results
We will guide the project through the build stage and make sure the results are the best they can be.

The other bits
We can also provide advice and guidance on sustainable building techniques, health and safety compliance, project management and cost control. We will always make you a coffee.
